Operations Coordinator of Breakthrough Manchester is a dynamic, leadership-focused position supporting the planning, coordination, and daily operations of the Breakthrough Manchester summer program. The position involves organizing schedules, managing logistics, overseeing supplies and technology, and serving as a key point of communication for staff and students. In collaboration with program leadership, you will help design and implement events such as leadership training, family conferences, and college visits, while also supervising program assistants, coordinating volunteers, and substitute teaching when needed. Ideal candidates are organized, proactive, and committed to educational equity, with strong communication skills and a passion for mentoring and supporting students from underserved communities on their path to college.
